Returns & Exchanges

At Invidia Exhausts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please review our policy outlined below:


Time Window:

Returns for exchange or refund are accepted within 7-14 calendar days from the date of receipt.


Authorisation Process:

Obtain a Return Authorisation Number before initiating any returns.

You can obtain a Return Authorisation number by contacting Pro Speed Racing staff at or calling 02 4340 4463.

Clearly write the Return Authorisation Number on the outside of the return package and tag the item(s) inside with the invoice number.



Condition of Merchandise:

  1. Authorised return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable package.
  2. No returns or exchanges on items showing signs of installation, mounting, scratching, or defacing.
  3. All returns must reach Invidia Exhausts Australia within 14 calendar days after the issuance of the return authorisation number.



Return Process:

  1. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you.
  2. The original shipping and handling charge are nonrefundable.
  3. Include a photocopy of your invoice with the invoice number and a completed return request form.



Inspection and Refund:

The return authorisation number indicates an inspection, not a replacement.
Refunds for approved returns will be issued by the form of payment the original transaction was conducted, as determined by Invidia Exhausts Australia.
No cancellation, refund, or exchange for special order items or custom orders.
Approved refund items will incur a restocking fee.


Shipping Accountability:

  1. Invidia Exhausts Australia is not responsible for shipping delays via Direct Freight, or any international order.
  2. No refunds for Group Buy participants.


Damage Claims:

We take utmost care in packaging our products, utilising a triple check method. However, if you encounter any issues, please follow our damage claims process:

  1. Claims for damage or loss must be made with the carrier within 48 hours.
  2. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier.
  3. Retain all shipment cartons and packing material for carrier inspection.
  4. Invidia Exhausts Australia will not initiate any claims with the carrier.
  5. Claims for shortage of items must be made within 48 hours of receipt.



Warranty Claims:
