Welcome to our Terms and Conditions page! We've made this page to ensure you're fully aware of our delivery processes and procedures. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Domestic Shipping (Australia):

Free Shipping: We are excited to offer free shipping on all products over $300, Australia-wide! No matter where you are located across this great country, your order will be shipped to you free of charge.

Delivery Address: We require a physical address for all deliveries, as we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a suitable shipping address when you place your order.

Authority to Leave: Please note that we cannot authorise delivery personnel to leave your package unattended at your delivery address. This is to ensure the secure receipt of your order. You or a responsible individual will need to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package.

International Shipping:

Limited Locations: We are currently able to ship our products to a selection of international locations outside of Australia. However, due to various regulations and agreements, we are unable to ship Invidia products to countries within North America and Europe (excluding England). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Customs and Import Duties: All international customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. Please check with your local customs office for information specific to your country.

Delivery Times: Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processes, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Returns and Exchanges

Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Return Authorisation Number must be issued before any return can be made. We will NOT accept any return without this number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of the return package and tag the item(s) inside with invoice number.

All authorised return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable package. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched or defaced will be allowed. Invidia Exhausts Australia must receive all returns within 14 calendar days after the return authorisation number has been issued. The return authorisation number does not imply a replacement, but only that Invidia Exhausts Australia will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.

Return must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable. A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with the completed return request form.

It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the part before installation. All approved refund will be paid by company cheque, credit card credit or account credit all to be determined by Invidia Exhausts Australia. No cancellation, refund or exchange on special order item or custom order item will be allowed. All approved refund items will be charge 20% for restocking and service fee. Invidia Exhausts Australia is not held accountable for the delay in shipping via Aus Post, Couriers Please or any international order. There will be no refund for Group buyparticipants.

Damage Claims:

All merchandises are packed carefully and correctly utilising a triple check method before it leaves Invidia Exhausts Australia. All claims for damage or loss to your shipment must be made with the carrier within 48 hours. Damaged shipment should be checked in the presence of the carrier. Please keep all shipment cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. Invidia Exhausts Australia will not initiate any claim with the carrier. Claims for shortage of items must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
